A science that emerged over 5,000 years ago, Ayurveda is known as “the mother of all medicine.” It is a holistic system of health and healing that recognizes the deep interconnection between the mind, body, and environment. Rooted in the fundamental laws of nature, Ayurveda is based on the quantum mechanics that govern both the universe and the individual, acknowledging that the same forces shaping the cosmos also shape human physiology and well-being.
At the heart of Ayurveda lies the concept of the three Doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—which are the fundamental energies that govern all biological functions. Each person is born with a unique combination of these Doshas, known as their Prakriti (natural constitution), which influences their physical, mental, and emotional tendencies.
Ayurveda uses the understanding of these Doshas to assess imbalances (Vikriti) and restore harmony through personalized diet, lifestyle modifications, herbal remedies, and therapeutic practices. The goal is to align the individual with their natural constitution, promoting optimal health, longevity, and a deep connection to nature’s rhythms.

Balanced Pitta results in sharp intellect and strong digestion, while an excess may cause inflammation, irritability, and overheating.
